problem in game

I am only on the second level in the game, but it seems to be frozen and not let me go on. I need to go into the library and search. When I click it, it will not react and let me into the room. any ideas?? thanks

Maybe it would help to redownload it.

I'm having the same problem at the same point in the game. I'm trying dowloading it again. I'll update if it doesn't work. I usually go through costumer service if that doesn't work.

Okay, I reloaded. It seemed like I was going to have the same problem but then I accidentally clicked on the roof of the house just above the icon for number of clues and room (Library 2). That seemed to take care of it.

Mini game. Highlight the word in the puzzle.
will not work. Highlighted the words listed and got nothing.
No highlight when the first letter of the word is left clicked
on and nothing when the mouse is rolled over the entire
word.

IMRNN18 - thanks for the info. I was having trouble with that too, but your tip did the trick. It's pretty bad when a game's not even worth 2.99. Glad I can play it now.

rap6751 - I found that problem too. Haven't figured out any way to make it work. Anyone else know what we can try?

So apparently no one has been able to get that problem first mini game to work? I couldn't, so I got a game credit. I'm happy about that, but I still wish the Abra Acacemy would work.

I am having the same exact problem - I click on the library and it will not let me enter! Very frustrated!

It won't let me get into the forbidden forest on level 5 of year 1! Just freezes. Tut.

Has anyone ever had a problem with a game that was fixed by BFG? I've had problems with several games and every time they've just issued a credit to replace the game.

On the 1st mini game, you don't click on the puzzle board. You need to
"catch" and drag the floating letters over to the puzzle board.

On the maps, you need to click on the highlighted building/area,
not on the title or the number of items to find. If that still doesn't
work, just click randomly in the general area.

I found things way too hard to see in this game plus I ran out of fairy help and could not advance - so won't buy this game. But yes, I have had Big Fish fix other game problems. You have to make them aware of the problem. But remember, they don't write the games so sometimes giving you a credit is all they can do.

As far as the mini-game goes, you grab the letters going into the pot and put them on the board!

Where does the mini game come in? I lost my option to go from one place yo another in the 2nd game... 1st level, also I just had the teapot to find in the witch students? room and let the first fairy come out, she just dropped to the bottom of the cage and stayed there, teapot--went over it with fine tooth combe--it frooze up on me---I would really like to see this game make it, I think so farit is fun, except for these pproblems we are having. Wonder if the developers watch therse forums

Mini games are after every 3 sections (dots on the calendar).

On the teapot, click around where ever your hint fairy stopped. Which room? There are several student rooms. There is a teddy bear shaped teapot on a bed in one of them (Kim's I think).

OK, I will look for a teddy bear, I am only in lesson two, level one, i timed out, also I cannot find the Witches hat same level, I will take note of which rooms these are
The fairy just dropped below the cage, I did not see anything there, but that also i shall check on. After I clicked on the fairy like a crazed idiot she flew to a pillow and disappeared. Was there another Abra Academy put out when I was not looking? (like the past 2 days, I have had my grand son and he keeps me too busy to sit down to a game ;-}

I ran through the first few sections again on my laptop.
In the three students rooms, the teapots are:
1. dark colored on a shelf in the top left dark corner of the screen
2. middle of the floor - looks like a vase
3. teddy bear teapot sitting on the bed

I didn't look for a witch's hat in the rooms (didn't know you needed that), but, it is a very simple flat looking black triangle with a brim.

The fairy flies to an item on the list and stops on top of it for a couple seconds before disappearing. Click where she disappears.

I did get by all that and actually did the first mini game. I really like this little game and really the problem was me not the game HI are my favorites, I have all the mystery case files, have your done Return to Ravenhurst? I wish the developer of that one would come up with another, that was the very best in my opinion. Also I have all mystery pi's which the graphics are great!

Glad to help. I love Return to Ravenhurst. Been through it over a dozen time. Hidden Exp. series is great too.
