If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Frequent Crashing of Game
Game Compatibility

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the forums, or other tech savy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team. The forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly. If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

If you are not able to get a game working properly using our Help pages, p lease get in touch with our Customer Support team, you can find a link to contact our Support team on the front page of our Help pages.

I have uninstalled & reinstalled the game demo, but it tells me "Trial Expired". I have never played this game.

I have the exact same problem. I went to the help and tried changing the game manager advanced option to alternate method instead of default and same thing. I know I never played this game on bf or any other site.

When I downloaded this game the first time it said I only had 38 minutes left of my trial so I deleted it and redownloaded it. The second time it said my trial had expired even though I never played any time at all.

I won't bother to download it again after reading though the reviews. It doesn't sound worthwhile but I did want to report this issue so it would be known.

I have a problem with the game as it says I have sixty minutes remaining but every-time I click play the screen goes black for a second then it comes back that I have sixty minutes remaining.

I can not get the game to play for me!!

From what other people have said it seems that this game really does not want to be played.

I also got a message after on instalation saying the trial had expired despite having only just downloaded it. After reinstallation i had the full 60 mins, but every time i try to load it, i get a quick flash a black screen and it exits. uninstalling now.
