spiteysgal wrote:bfgerie; all day everyone tried getting into mahjongg towers which is a POPULAR game. all they were getting is " Your game is loading and it sits there for more then five minutes. Now when I went to try and play it the game is no longer listed anywhere on bigfish games nor in my favorites as I play it every day but no longer can. Why has it been removed as I said it was popular and friends were made there now I have to find where these friends are in bigfish as we played in one particular room and now we can't.
I agree with spiteysgal. If the game has been eliminated, why not an advance notice?
If there is a problem with it, i.e. upgrading, why not communicate with your game fans?
Just let us know what is going on. There is nothing in your news section about the change.

Hi Gary,
Thank you for writing in. We sincerely apologize for the trouble and I'll be happy to assist you.
We have been experiencing some technical difficulties with Mahjong Towers Eternity that is taking a little while to fix. Since this is an incredibly popular game and it is easier to fix when the rooms are empty, this game has temporarily been removed for maintenance. It was removed as an on-the-fly decision for emergency maintenance, which is why a notice was not posted about it on the main page. We are working hard to get your game back up and working, and in the meantime we greatly appreciate your understanding and patience.
If there is anything else that I can do to assist you, please let me know. Have a great day!

Hi,
The link you posted for help leads to a general page with general tech issues. How do I actually contact Customer Support? My game is working fine, but all the points for the layouts have changed-- even the hardest layouts are only worth 500 each.
I need to know if this is an issue with my game (add/remove, and then reinstall) or is this an issue with the shared layout system?
Thanks for your help

Sad! Do you know if there's a solution in the future?

Have no idea at this stage - do keep trying yr game tho - sometimes it works properly
Thr is a way to play around the prob tho - backup yr player folder when the points are good & then copy & paste it into yr game everytime you wana play - point values appear ok then - just make sure ya create a new backup as soon as ya exit so its always up to date with what yv played
If you not sure how to back it up hava look at the 'save yr player files often & before uninstalling' thread

Sporatic points? Bizarre!
I do know how to back up my game (unfortunately). Thanks for the tip on the points tho!

I think I found another solution. While the game is working, I disconnect from the internet. It saves the point values for the different layouts. I have a bunch of layouts downloaded to my favorites-- I'll play them, get the points and drop them. When I need more layouts, I'll reconnect, get the layouts and wait for the correct point values before disconnecting to play again. Seems easier than backing up files.
