last starfish

I can't seem to find the last starfish that I need. I have to collect them all to give to the lady behind the desk, can someone please help me!!!!

I'm not sure if you found this one but there is one on the left hand side of a photo machine (looks similar to the gaming machine).

if you're like me and would rather cut off your good gaming hand than check a walkthrough... click on everything! i mean everything... some things move, some things trigger a close up scene, some things just cool to play with, but click on them all! the huge rolls of carpet/fabric will move, too... that's where i found my last one...
