Bouncing Slingos??

What is this power-up supposed to do? I've played it, had it active on the side, gotten a diagonal slingo, and nothing happens. I don't get it? Anyone know?

gives you extra Slingo's Extra points . Use it with X5'S helps bring high scores!

The "bouncing slingos' are ones that 'bounce' off the sides of the game area instead of just going straight up/down, left/right or diagonally... you have to watch carefully as it goes quickly but it will 'show' when you get a 'bouncing slingo'.
