Level 55 - check the patient's toxin levels

I clicked on and all around the patient but I don't seem to be doing anything and the little meter goes all the way down and it times out. Does anyone know what this one is?

The meter will go down. Click on the monitor, not the patient. The monitor is above where the masks/gloves/caps are. Then the meter will go back up again. Make sure to click on the monitor often.
