How to get all trophies!

Has anyone got all trophies?

The one that asks for all challenges completed says 89 out of 90, but I have finished all levels on 3 stars and have completed all challenge levels with the one star!
Is there a hidden bonus level somewhere??

I also am missing a diamond to buy the last hospital upgrade, not sure how I get that??

Frustrating, just want to finish this game properly!

You've missed one of the Daily challenges - go through and check. Every day/shift should show 3 stars and the guinea pig above and a blue-white diamond below
