If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. I have the same problem with deep 2. It freezes with a white square box after each season. I have an iPad 2, 10.2. I have deleted the game and reinstalled it four or five times. Sometimes I can continue with the game if I turn the iPad off and put it to sleep. The problem reoccurs at the next season.
