This is the next game in the series which looks 'squished' (full height, width about 2/3s of the monitor) ) on my iMac. The first game was fine, the second one not, as is this one. Other games by Deep Shadow have the same problem.

I had really hoped that after the reports and everything from me and numerous others this basic problem would have been fixed.

i'm still on the demo of this game, but everything working and looking fine - on win 8.1, 32 bit. usually I play my games in "windowed" mode - makes it easier to check my emails and minimize the game if I have to go into another program. don't usually have any problems with game play unless a glitch in the game itself.

MacOS Sierra, iMac Late 2013, Demo Version.

Anyone who can get this game to even open will be doing well, I downloaded 2 trial mode games today, one worked perfectly but Haunted trains wouldn't even open it just sat in the dock and if I tried to open it I got application not responding. I have run Dr Felix and will send a report in. This is the first haunted trains game that I have had thos problem with.

I am playing on a macbrook pro running OSX Sierra.

Game opens on a tiny screen at the bottom right. When I click on Full view it opens in windowed mode. And then when I click full screen again it opens and freezes! Bummed. BFG any solution. Playing on MacOS Sierra

This game wouldn't run and it caused my computer to hang up. It took me a long time to get rid of the malware and corrupted files it put on my hard drive. I couldn't just uninstall it, because it wouldn't stop running. Bad, bad program. I use Windows 7.

bonggamer, I'm sorry to hear that the game has been displaying strangely. When this sort of thing happens our help articles may be able to assist. I strongly suggest taking a look at the following and trying the steps included:

Screen Resolution

einiespal, I understand that you found malware on your computer and I'm sorry to hear this! I want to assure you that all of our games are tested thoroughly before their release and guaranteed to be free of viruses or virus programs. We absolutely want to make sure our users are able to enjoy our games without any risk to their computer, and it sounds like a false positive message may have occurred.

- The name of your antivirus company.

I'd really love to play the Haunted Train games but they run so slow on my computer. I am using Windows 8. I have no problem with any other CE games that I've bought. Is there some other compatibility issue that I'm missing?

The Bonus Chapter becomes unplayable during the tram scene.
When I put the Tram Map on the sliding panel with the brass corners, the magnifier appears. But when I click it to move it, it disappears.
If I exit then re-enter the scene, the magnifier is still gone, and the sliding panel is now a few inches to the right.

I am running OS 10.2 Sierra on a MacBook Pro Retina.

BeccaKay, I'm sorry to hear that the game seems rather slow on your computer. From the game page, the following is the system requirements:

OS: Windows XP/Windows Vista/Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows 10
CPU: 2.0 GHz
RAM: 512 MB
DirectX: 9.0
Hard Drive: 962 MB

If you find that you continue to experience this issue and the requirements have been met, please refer to the 2nd and 3rd help articles below for troubleshooting steps.

I could not get the star in the inventory it disappeared, I did uninstall and reinstall without luck

I am finding that the cursor goes strange, I don't have much control with it, is anyone else finding this, or is it just me? .

I run the Game App as the administrator, so that should help doing the game as well, or am I wrong?

I am having the same problem. I am stuck on the map, with no magnifier. I've tried exiting several times. I also have a Macbook Pro Retina, OS 10.2 Sierra.

This is the second game this week that has been unusable.

Same problem. Bonus Chapter unplayable during tram scene. Tram Map magnifier disappeared. Tried to change difficulty mode to get past to no avail. Reloaded game...no luck there either. MacBook Air OS 10.2 Sierra.

Too many TECH issues with this game that after a month have been resolved. Please give refunds to the people that paid money for this game!!!
