I've downloaded the game and it is playing just fine. Could there be a problem with your computer? Is everything up to date?

All in all I've had little to no problem with the games BF is putting out. Maybe you should try contacting customer service. Lower right hand corner, green envelope.

Have a nice evening.

I, too, downloaded and played the entire demo without any technical issues. I'm running 64-bit Vista on a dual core 2 GHz processor laptop with 4 GB RAM. I'd definitely check with customer support as you may just need to update a driver or other minor fix...

To: gunnhoneydew, Just wanted to let you know- I mentioned this on another post do you have Windows Vista? The reason why I ask is, I had problems with a few games myself it would come out Error Violation too. I went ahead and contacted Customer Service and got some great advice- I got Dr. Felix installed on my computer and since then (Knock On Wood) I haven't had any problems. All of my games are working fine. Just thought I 'd let you know- I also know people say they either don't know how to get in touch with Customer Service or don't even bother, but that's what they are there for.... and SO worth in the long run. Good Luck and as always Happy Gaming!!!!! TMann

Gunnhoney, when you get that message, do you wait a few more seconds to see what happens next? When I get those messages, I wait a few more seconds and the game opens up and have no problem getting into the game. or playing it.

I forgot to mention that does happen sometimes, give it a minute or two and it may come up, but you can always click on FAQ or get in touch with Customer Service. TMann

I have windows 7 - had this problem with another game. I deleted and then redown loaded it - that seemed to solved my problem

I didn't have problems with the cig crate but when I got to the eagle, the hint showed the lipstick but the eagle wouldn't grab it or whatever he is supposed to do. Also, with the nest, the hint shows the egg but then nothing happens when I try to place the egg. Am I forgetting to do something?

Welcome to the pond cohiba!

I was able to find some tips in the walkthrough that may help!
SPOILER ALERT
highlight to see
* Go to the Starboard Loading Dock.
* Click on the crane in the upper left and take the CRANE KEY from the ignition.
* Go back to the Port Loading Dock.
* Zoom onto the crane on the right.
* Place the CRANE KEY (1) on the ignition.
* Click on the knob on the right and place it on the STARBOARD (2) section
* Move the lever (3) on the left to the “Reel Out” position shown in the screenshot.

Hope this helps!

I'm trying the trial before I buy and I seem to have run into a glitch already. I never got the lipstick from the hidden object or whatever I am stuck with tweezers. I cannot get the bird to move without the lipstick and I can't seem to get the lipstick Is it me or did the game glitch?
