help...a glitch with the game

OK....I'll admit it...I'm addicted to Chainz 2 Relinked. I play all the different modes. In the Puzzle mode, I've gotten level 5 (quite a few times) but the game won't advance to the next level (level 5 has the white check mark on it). Why doesn't it move on? Is there a glitch? Can this be easily fixed?
