Stuck on Level 14

I am stuck on Level 14 (6,000 pts) - I prebake, prepare everything ahead of time, try to match up colors, have the 2-tier prep area and faster speed, but cannot get past 5200 pts. Any tips for me? Thanks

Do you have chili pepper at that level? If so, almost everytime it is available to use the customer wants dessert which is $100 extra points. Also "perfect cooking" grabbing a dish off immediately after the ding gives you $75 - those can add up!

I put off buying the chili pepper - but I'll buy it now.
