Just wondering...

I was thinking about trying it but I don't know if it sounds fun. I am a fish Tycoon player though, its just that I'm not so sure how fun growing plants would be. Should i get it or not?

Hello. BeadyDragon I am an avid tycoon games player and I really liked Plant Tycoon. It was much like fish tycoon only breeding plants. It was fun seeing what would sprout next. I vote if you liked Fish Tycoon try it.

I'm hooked! I love the graphics on this and the bugs that you can catch and colect. I think this game plays better and is visually better than fish tycoon. Still like Fish Tycoon but I like this one better. I think its really neat that you can take a snap shot of the plants. I still wish they would keep track of the plant crosses but oh well, you cant have everything.

My daughter loved it so I gave it a try ... it's addictive

I wish they would keep track of plant crosses too. If they can do it with fish tycoon, i don't see why they can't do with plant tycoon. Oh well, it's fun anyway. Just maybe the sequel one they would consider this, it will be much easier to keep track of all my plant. I would also know that i found them all too!!!

This game is so addicting..but time consuming. But there is a nifty cheat found on the internet to speed up time. Just keep adjusting the clock on your computer to however far ahead you wanna go. This helps tremendously with pollinating, maturing and the budding process. Just be careful with your more exotic and endangered seeds because speeding time up will effect their health alot if you don't have the most expensive soil. Hope the cheat helps.

Are they going to bring out a sequel or do you think it is just speculation at this point? I started to try and keep track of the diff plants, but gave it up as a lost cause... Hopefully someone else with a lot more patience will do this for the rest of us!!! lol
