Game stopping |

I bought and was charged the full price for Hidden Expedition:The Lost Paradise Edition. It stopped after the ship was blown up and the boat chase and then it says I must buy the whole game to continue? What's with this?? I did buy it, It;s on my account. Very annoying. I will write to BFG and inform them.
