I have Windows 7 - this won't even Run....have never had this problem...ever. Tried to run it from my downloads folder, as Administrator...does not work.

And I just tried to download from my account on your site under my purchases. Still doesn't work. I already bought it because I liked the first 2.

I got it to download using the My Purchase History within the Games App. Anyone with Windows 7 - this is the ONLY way I could download it.

I downloaded the trial on Win 10 and some of the information is missing. You cannot even know what you are doing. When you click menu you have to guess to get out of the game. Too many faults need sorting out and a patch to correct it or take it back to the drawing board?
