Sticky Tape

On the pipes, I can't get my sticky tape to stick to the breaks in the pipes. I've been holding the roll of tape and clicking everywhere around the breaks and nothing. Am I doing something wrong or don't my sticky tape not stick?

Sorry you are having trouble. Makes sure you have talked to the handyman and that you have tried to go on the ride. if you are still having trouble, you may want to re-install the game.
