To Friends of DotJ; DJ1; Ree; Kelli Jo; DOT 2 (android) & aussie_Dot

[Post New]by aussie_Dot on Jan 17, 17 4:22 PM
H everyone! This is to update everyone.

Firstly: THANK YOU to my friends for the well wishes. Hubby (Ron) has pneumonia and is currently in hospital (as of yesterday). He is doing well. If the new antibiotics work he should be home in a week. However he has been battling this infection since Christmas so he is fairly weak at the moment. He does have chronic chest problems so things may take awhile to stabilize. At least this time he is not on life support.

Secondly: As of February 8, my wish lists will come down. I am due to have BOTH eyes operated on February 9. So won't be able to see very well for up to 10 days post op. Then it can take up to 6 wees to heal fully (according to the specialist). So I will put my wish list back up when I can play. Hopefully in time for the Spring Event.

Thirdly: Apologes to all who are awaiting an answer to their PMs. I am having a lot of difficulty with the written words - they blur & jumble. This is why I have not posted much in the forum. It can take me ages to write a post or a PM. I am trying to answer PMs but I am losing the battle. So please bear with me.

Fourthly: I have only been able to dash into my games & gift. I haven't played fully for several days now. To make things easer for me, can you please put a message on your avatar if you still need wands or Christmas decorations so you can get the achievements. The Winter Event is almost over & I want to help those players to try to achieve the pets/ achievements. I have Christmas cards & snowflakes & eggs should you need them and will start to send those after the need for wands & decorations (only available during Event) is over. Hoping everyone understands.

Wow! Can I ramble! Hope everyone had an enjoyable Chrstmas. May 2017 be a good year for you. Take care and see you n the castle when I can come back.

Dot

Good Grief, Dot, you sure have a lot on your plate. Please don't worry about PMs or the game. You know we'll all be here when you (and hubby) get back to 100%.

Please take good care of your husband and yourself...that is first and foremost. We all love you and wish only the best for you both.

I will certainly miss you while you're incapacitated, but I'm sure the flood gates will open the minute you're back in top form!

God Bless you and Ron, and I will keep both of you in my thoughts and prayers.

(((((((((((Hugs to Dot and Ron))))))))))

Hi, Dot:

We don't share a friends list, but I wanted to send you love and well wishes for a speedy recovery for your husband and great results from your eye surgery. I am sure that all your friends realize that life is what happens when you are planning other things so I don't think you need to worry about them. I am sure they will understand your absence and rejoice in your return.

Hi Dot
Well a special thank you for your lovely PM - I feel very honoured.
I know this can be a stressful time for you and Ron, out of your comfort zone. So you know from all these lovely messages that we are here waiting in the castle for you and we will help all we can as you have given so much to all of us.

Bad things happening to good people. I hope you and Ron both recover quickly and are soon back to normal.

I know you've been invaluable to me and have helped me get this far in game and indeed with the current achievement. I'm getting down to the wire on those globes and you've helped me get within reaching distance. It's going to be close but I may very well make it because of you. Thank you so much and I hope your surgery goes well and you are able to enjoy that Spring Event with us. I hope to be top level by then (my 2nd anniversary in the Castle) and hopefully will be able to send you lots of things for the consortium!

Well wishes to you both,
D-NY
