This is terrific. I have been going to different island and trying to count bricks as I go and it is almost impossible to do. What is going to be nice is when we transfer from basalt brick to marvelous brick and when we will reach the area where we need the royal seals.
What I would love to know is when we finish both towers and we start to stack up on amber and alluring amber and basalt bricks, what to say that the developers don't come up with a new brick that non of us have yet. I can't even imagine that they won't do something like this because if they just stick to the same thing we will take about 1 hour to finish the coming soon places , Oh well, whose that are coming along behind those that are finished will get all our load of amber that we don't need.
I hope this is not the case but how else will they slow down this game???

This is very true. In my first game, I built all but the last wall by buying other players excess basalt and marvelous brick. I really wanted to thank all those players for the hours they put into making brick.

That will all be included in the list as I get it developed. All in the order that it is all placed and when and how many royal seals and how much alluring amber needed to obtain them.

I'm still crafting Marvelous Bricks to build the Stargazers Tower and will have that first bit of information for the list sometime in the next several hours.

I'll be updating the list as I complete each section.

Wow. To reach the start of the Guest Suites requires 1,563 amber bits. I really feel sorry for all the players who are using those precious amber bits to build the palace before they increase magic.

It's not as bad as that. Actually it takes 323 amber bits.

It takes 476 marvelous bricks. 3 amber for every 5 bricks is 285 amber.
It takes 115 basalt bricks. 1 amber for every 3 bricks is 38 amber.
To reach the Guest Suites you'll need 323 amber. Actually a few less because you get a few bricks when you de-curse the stargazer tower, disciples tower, and the ballroom.

However, that is only the beginning. There is quite a bit further to go before completing all the Palace areas. Will be interesting to see how much it takes all totaled.

edited to add:
mdpetdoc is right. When you add alluring amber its up to 343. But when we get completely finished the numbers are going to be astounding .

Hi All,

I wanted to stop in here to thank silver_hawk for working to put this great guide together! The Forum Moderation Team certainly understands wanting to have an idea of what restoring the palace will entail, and this definitely looks like some useful information.

To make it a little easier to locate for other players I've gone ahead and added this guide to our helpful link thread. If anyone would like to take a look, that thread can be found below:

If anyone has any questions, please feel free to PM one of our active Moderators. Happy gaming!

It is finished.

The number of marvelous bricks, basalt bricks, and alluring amber you need to complete the right side and left side of the Palace is documented.

This will help those who have not completed it yet know in advance what to start processing/buying. Everything is listed in the EXACT order of steps to completion.

Have fun. Remember, it will be easier and more enjoyable game play if you reserve building the Palace until AFTER you have reached and de-cursed the Library Book Nook.

Where IS the Library Book Nook? I'm playing on PC. I can't seem to find it anywhere!

I already started building the Palace.

Hi Witchy55

If you go to James' island and scroll to the right you will see a building with a book on it next to the Toy Island Fresco. It's the last building you can build in this current content.

It takes a lot of magic to get it opened so it's best to use your amber for making house upgrades to get there before building the Palace. You will be much happier. The Palace doesn't add anything to your game other than being pretty. In my opinion it's best to save it for last.

We are all now waiting for the "coming soon" areas of the palace to open I seem to just be upgrading windows etc to get my magic up, its now over 9450 but I sem to be only able to find 2 more to upgrade yet I seem to recall somone mentioning the magic limit is around 9800? How do I get there if no windows and doors left?

Max magic capacity is dependent on which device you are using. It is less for Mobile than for PC.

Mobile max magic capacity is 9514.

If you are on PC then max magic capacity is 9859 if you de-cursed Blooming Alley part 2 and finished the repairs there prior to the Oct. update.

If you de-cursed Blooming Alley part 2 after the Oct. update then max magic capacity is 9858. Reason is one stone border got moved in this update and is not repairable...yet.

Now to the upgrades:
If you have de-cursed all areas check every wall, wall fountain, stone border, arches, benches, lamp posts, and fences. (believe it or not I have a friend that is completely finished and still has one broken lamp not repaired).

Houses (windows, roof windows, doors, balconies, and chimneys) - double and triple check each house has as high upgrade as possible identified by:

plain: level 1
metal accents: level 2
purple grapes: level 3
pink flowers: level 4

I have a couple areas not de-cursed yet. I am in the middle of waiting for one to be done, and I havent started on the tentacle near the Library. So did I waste my supplies and time upgrading windows, balconies, doors and the rest of the stuff on the buildings because I havent been getting seals? I have the Palace fully done except the Left Wing and I have 2 of 5 Seals. No matter how many windows, doors, balconies, roofs, I fully upgrade, I am not getting any seals.

What have you completed exactly from the list?

Have you done Herald's Scaffold from the left side?

Then you need to make your remaining upgrades to the Right Side Palace Building:

Upgrade 1 balcony on Observer Tower - get 1 Royal Seal
Upgrade 2 roof windows on Guest Suites - get 2 Royal Seals

It will take a total of 3 Alluring Amber and magic for all three upgrades.

ONLY upgrades to Palace doors, windows, roof windows, and balconies give the Royal Seals.

Upgrades to the common houses are what increases your magic capacity.
