how to get to the bonus levels

You have to finish the 50 levels first then the bonus levels will unlock.

After completing all the main levels, you can access the bonus levels by clicking "BONUS: on the tab in the start screen. Don't click "play" otherwise you're back on the main levels again. You'll have to click on "bonus" every time you launch the game. Sounds a little elementary but the bonus levels are always accessed separately from the start screen.
