Did you purchase the Collector's Edition or the Standard Edition? I don't buy SE's, but as far as I know, you only get the extra game content if you purchase the Collector's Edition (CE). In the CE version of this game, there is a button on the Main Menu that says Extras where you can access the bonus content.
