Howdy Everyone,

If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.

The Forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly. However, if players would like to see what previous players have reported and the suggestions provided, the following old technical issues thread is still available to review:

If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

When posting in this thread and also when contacting our Support Team, it would be helpful if you could state what system you are playing the game on (i.e. PC, MAC or Mobile), so we can provide you with the appropriate support as quickly as possible.

I played the demo without any problems so when there was a 2 for 1 sale, I jumped at the chance to get this. I had so much fun with the demo. I have a PC with Windows 10 that I have played (or tried to play) the game on. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn't matter. It just keeps on freezing. I have tried (I counted) to install, play, uninstall, 7 times and I've had the game less than 8 hoours. (I originally posted this on June 14 @ 2:57 p.m. Now all I want is a game credit for a new game please.

I have posted my technical issues a few times, have tried all the suggestions while trying to resolve my technical issues, but have never received a reply. I played the 1 hour demo and had no problems at all. I bought the game and played it for a while, again with no problem. But after a while, it either freezes, or it kicked me out of the game. It doesn't do this every time, just MOST of the time. Please respond this time with a suggestion that will actually take care of this problem.

I have tried a few times (through the game forum technical issues page) to get help with the problems I'm having with the games BARN YARN and MANOR MEMOIRS. They either freeze or kick me out altogether. repeatedly. I first posted my issues with these games on June 14. I have not received a reply or anything. I have since cancelled my membership but am hoping to reactivate it before the end of the year. Does my non-membership status mean that I am no longer eligible for help? Please do something.

Hello All,

Thanks for your patience while waiting for responses from the Moderation Team. I'm here to troubleshoot with you all.

When a game freezes and crashes, we recommend checking that the computer's video card driver is up to date. Since the driver controls how the game's graphics interacts with the computer, installing a new update can fix this issue. For further instruction, please check out the help page below.

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen

We also suggest running the game in administrator mode. This ensures the game has the permissions to access all of the resources it needs to run properly. I've included a help page with those instructions below.

Run Game as Administrator

If by chance these suggestions don't resolve these matters, please contact our Technical Support Team. They'll be the best equipped to handle this further.
