Glitch in Grim Tales: Graywitch Collector's Edition

I'm working my way through the bonus game. I'm at the part where I'm in the 'Chief Doctor's Office.

I have 3/4 medical chips available plus a winding key. The winding key is for the deer trophy on the wall, yet the game will not let me access the deer trophy to use the winding key to get the last medical chip.

I'm at a stand-point and cannot go on further. Any suggestions would be great.

I'm not too fussed on having to start all over again.

As interesting and enjoyable as the game was, it doesn't go down in my "Oh, I could do this all over again; immediately, book"

Bonus Game: I've got the very same issue. If I use the hint button it directs me to the top of the closest mannequin. I have clicked on every part in that "hint circle" but to no avail. I really don't want to start over again either.

I am at this place, too. Can't do anything.

I'm stuck at the same point, but I have a suspicion on what might be the issue.

Have you already placed the antlers on the deer head?

What I think has happened is that the two steps with the deer head have been done out of order
Of course the only way to be sure would to be to replay the game and I agree it was an enjoyable several hours but certainly not enough to go through all the steps again just to bypass a bug that should have been caught and fixed in testing.

It should let you place the tokens even though you only have three. I had the same problem and it let me go through with three

ME too.... I placed the antlers but not the winding key and now I cannot click on the deer head again to continue. Very frustrating. So close to the end and now I cannot finish. *** UPDATE*** I tried to place the 3 tokens on the case and it the game actually placed all 4 and let me move on. Hope it works for all. On my way to finish!

its becoming quite the norm to not be able to finish a game due to a 'glitch' getting very tiring................
same problem with the winding key - I have a list now of 15 games with issues similar to this one - over the past year the problems with games have been increasing.

June 2, 2017- Chapter 4 just entering the lab after the video clip, it froze. I have Windows 10 and I received this message.

Error: Access Violation at 0x0054CAF3 (tried to write to 0x000007E0), program terminated.
GrimTales_Graywitch_CE.exe has stopped working
This is from Microsoft.
I thought when I bought it, I had the new version. Help!
