BRACELET Issue

I'm playing on a desktop PC running WIN 10

After installing the newest game update, I played the game, with a new Profile and had NO problems.

I think those of you that are stuck at the "bracelet", need to start the game over (with a new Profile), after you install the newest update. Yes, I know this is a pain, I've done it more than once on various games.

This is a really good game.

So this happened to me. Very frustrating. So how do i do the update? Do I need to uninstall & reinstall the game? Thank you

Yes, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the game.
Go into the Big Fish Game Manager screen and click on the "trash can" next to the game you want to delete.
Bring up your History and click on the game that you want to install.


Not only is a reinstall of the game necessary, but in order to get past the "bracelet" issue, you will have to start the game over.

I know that is a pain......been there and done that to a few games myself.

It's a good game though.

I downloaded the update and reinstalled the game and it is still frozen I want a refund.

I only bought the game a week ago, and despite them saying the problem has been fixed, it hasn't. And there is no update for it.
