Can't find the Red Key

In the courtyard with doll on swing I found the cup and apparently the dolls needs a hat. The guide references a "Red Key" but I can't find it anywhere. Please HELP! Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Johnny,

Hope you found the key by now, but just in case ...

Go into the Mystic Room and then open the pop-up area under the sign saying Closed Dept. (closed something). At the top right should be a gold grate with a pinkish looking thing behind it. Use the tweezers to pull it out and you should now have the red key.

It is pretty hidden. That pop-up make you think all that's there is a mini-game waiting for a missing piece. But there's more to it.
