Reached lvl 7 and hollys disappeared . Shame I would have bought this one . Will try later she may be on a coffee break  windows 10

Mine keeps crashing after every level

I HAVE purchased this game ..it keeps crashing and on level 6 holly wont appear game just freezes or crashes. I'm not happy. i'm finding a lot of my games I have purchased crash or stop working. Brand new laptop less than 2 months old. all updates are completed etc. are you going to fix this or am i going to stop purchasing from big fish.

Game won't start. It gets to the title screen and won't load, freezes in mid-load. Tried several times, same thing. Windows XP

I'm at level 4 in India (were the bag guy does something with the hairdresser's visa), the dance master will walk in and then nothing happens. No mc, no anything just the dance master and me looking at each other and wondering what the heck is going on.

Keeps crashing. Seems like it crashes when I am purchasing upgrades. Constantly.
Most of the time you can't even play a level. WINDOWS 10

It sounds like players are not able to continue playing the game due to it crashing when starting up or while playing. I apologize that players are seeing the game crash and I'd like to provide some preliminary troubleshooting to see if that can quickly help with that issue.
For players seeing the game crash in Windows while playing, I recommend seeing if the following page of general steps is able to help out:
Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen
Alternatively, this issue may be able to be addressed by giving the game more permissions to run smoothly. Doing this may also assist if the game seems to get stuck at specific points or doesn't interact as expected. If a player would like to try to run the game as an Administrator, the following page contains a guide on how to do that:
