where is the pointer for the safe

Played the bonus a couple of times and can't find the red part for the safe in the doctor's office

There seems to be a glitch report it to Tech issues as there are a bunch of us that have already complained when they see how many maybe they will fix it.

I have also made it this far and can not get the pointer.

I have done the update and I still can not get the pointer. Any help out there.

I have the same problem. Was not given the safe pointer. The strategy guide shows that it was close to the grim ripper safe, but it will not allow to go back to get it.
I am stuck!. Not fun this way.
