What to do with casino points?

With help from this forum (many thanks!) I've managed to get my chip up to 9999, and have taken energy into my PDA, but then what?

I'm hoping it's something to do with the guy outside as it's clearly impossible to win his game.

Take your chip red with the 9999 points to the lady in the window, inside the casino. Put your red chip in the top, plug in your PDA, and then flip the switch. The 9999 points will transfer to your PDA, giving you enough life force to finish the game.
