Level 27 won't let me go near factory

I play on a PC and have had zero trouble until level 27. I've collected all my resources and covered the phone booth near the factory with no issues. But, when I send my zombie to the bridge to get access to the factory and the large acid spill I have a problem. Once I click on the bridge, my resources are reduced according to my bridge building needs and a zombie heads that way. Then, when the zombie reaches the fork in the road, below the phone booth I've covered, my zombie turns around and goes back and my resources are replenished: it acts like I've cancelled the action. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and repaired to no avail. Help! I can't progress in the game until I finish this level.

Same issue since the "update". Didn't have a problem until I installed the update. I had played this game once before with no problem on any level.

I have the same issue on my Mac. Also had to try 3 times to get level 27 to work at all as it kept crashing when I clicked play.

Same here - contacted tech support about it and said other players were having the same issue and was told they would inform the supervisors but the developer has to fix the problem. She did give me a coupon for another CE but am upset I can't play the game which I just loved.

Same problem... Today I tried uninstalling and re-installing but that did not help, either. I have contacted HELP. Surely, they are getting a lot of complaints. I have all 3 Dracula games and love them.

Why hasn't this been addressed?!?!? Depending on when I play, I can't do certain tasks! This needs to be fixed!

Same here. Game won't let me play L27 after I installed the updates.
Hope they'll fix the problem soon.

Since the update, I have also had the trouble of my actions being cancelled and my zombie goes back to the caravan. It started for me on level 24. It seems where there is a "guard" with a flashlight, the flashlight arc isn't anywhere near me and it turns my zombie around, even when I place the blankets over the booths....

I've played this game numerous times and never had a problem until 2 days ago.

I'm having the exact same problem as quote above. Despite covering the 3 guard houses with a cloth, thus removing the guards, my zombie won't perform the tasks necessary to progress through the level. He just turns around and goes back to the car.

I've clicked on "bombing the building" 3 times and the game takes away the only 3 bombs that are available but the zombie won't bomb the building & all the bombs are gone.

I've read the help articles - Have updated all my drivers; uninstalled and reinstalled BFG app; uninstalled and reinstalled the game; clicked on the Options button on BFG app; manually clicked on Updates & got a message saying no updates available.

My game crashes when I try to start level 27, I sent in a ticket on Apr. 4 but all I got back was a auto reply to trouble shoot but my system is up to date. What happened to the 72 hour response time? Has anyone got any info from them besides a free game?
It really makes me mad, I have been playing Sunken Secrets but that game is all stalled out waiting on the elusive content update so I decided to play this game but now I am stuck in limbo again. What is going on with all of these bugs and glitched up games?

I finally got a response from cs "the dev is aware of the problem" and a coupon for a free game. I hope that they do fix it and it does not take weeks or months.

I am having the same problem with level 27. I restarted the level and tried doing them in a different order but have the same problem. I too have played this before with no problem.

Problem finally fixed after I installed the latest update yesterday.

I didn't want a compensation coupon. I wanted the problem fixed so that I can replay my favorite games.

The Apr.12 update only fixed part of the problem, I can now get into the level with out crashing but can't play thru because the functions don't work right.
