I like it

At first, I ignored this game, even for download, because it looked like "another HO game", and I had plenty of those on the go. Then, as I watched it stay in the top 5 for so long, I thought, ok, I'll download it. The first 15 minutes were so ho-hum that I stopped playing and left it.

Then, one day when I had nothing better to do, I noticed that the trial still had 45 minutes to go, so I had another shot at it. Then I discovered that I had to find a key, fingerprint and poker chip on each screen as well as all the items on the list. This made it incredibly challenging because I found that if I ticked everything off the list, I then couldn't go back and find the three extra things; I had to get them first. And some of them were well hidden!

As I moved through the levels I realised that it was as hard as the Hidden Expedition series because I wasn't sure what I was looking for (sometimes it was a picture of that item, sometimes a word, sometimes a bat was a baseball bat and sometimes it was a creature). I could usually get each screen down to 1 item, but then that last one was really hard to find, and the help isn't endless - only so many hints. The mini games inbetween aren't too annoying and often quite challenging.

I also like the sleazy feel to it; every minute I feel like I'm in a big gambling driven city with ambulances going by every minute and if I don't hurry up I'll be the next victim.

I never played the first one, so I don't know if this is better or not. But I like this, so I bought it.

I enjoyed both of the games. I think it was because you could find the items fairly easy and the had the proper name. Also some items are well hidden but no so tiny that you can never find them. Most of the rooms aren't dark or over cluttered, so finding something is not near impossible.
