Hi Everyone,

The frustration that spam posts can cause is understandable, and the Forum Moderation Team definitely wants to make sure the forums stay accessible and enjoyable to use. However, we do ask that users please make sure to keep our Forum Rules in mind while posting. Specifically:

Treat others with respect. Harassing, attacking, threatening, provoking, calling unwanted attention to, name-calling, insulting, or bothering other users, moderators, or Big Fish employees on the forums will not be tolerated. Play nice.

Do not respond to or comment on posts or discussions that break the rules. Report the post or discussion to a moderator. Contributing, even to mention that something breaks the rules, keeps that discussion visible and aggravates the problem.

At this time we need to manually delete each spam post and ban every individual spammer each day, which means that the threads may stay visible for longer than we prefer. In order to streamline that process we request that users please not comment on or discuss the presence of spam. Additionally, we ask that people please not provoke others, including members of the Forum Moderation Team. This way we can make sure that the forums stay respectful and comfortable for all who want to participate.

Since this thread has been edited I've gone ahead and locked it. If anyone would like additional info about those spam posts, I encourage checking out the following thread:
