Galore, How make it work????

Get various statements saying galore has stopped working, reboot and says windows detected problem & searching ...no answer ever, get page saying this page not availible, keep losing ;Galore' to other Big f windows, mostly, " buy this" which I have already bought ...any answers out there??? or, how do I get my money back???
