I am unable to open Yard Sale Hidden Treasures: Lucky Junction or Sunnyville on my Windows 10 pc. I get an Application Error that says Windows 98 or later is required. I have checked a few of the setting suggestions I found for the issue with no resolution. I have checked Windows Update and my pc is up to date. Please advise on what I can do to possibly have this issue resolved. Thank you

Before I start, I want to thank you for your patience while waiting on a response. it sounds like the game is running into an issue where it is requesting a later version of Windows, but that the computer already has one installed. I hope you were able to get in touch with our Technical Support Team for further assistance, but if not, or if other players are seeing a similar issue with the game, I'm going to go ahead and provide those steps here.

If a player receives the message asking for Windows 98 SE or later when trying to play this particular game, I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team. Our Reps are always happy to help out and will do their best to ensure you're not stuck with a game you're unable to play.

I have Windows 10,and wanted to replay the game but I get this message.

"Yard Sale Hidden Treasures: Lucky Junction"

( laptop new. I re-downloaded and installed game from my purchase games list.)



"This application requires "Microsoft Windows 98 SE" or later to execute. Please ensure that the minimum software and hardware requirements are met, before attempting to run this application again. The application will terminate now."

I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, ( with the trial version) and still the message shows up.

Help?
