Trouble With Globe

I'm having trouble with the globe when I click on it nothing happens,I've deleted the game and downloaded it again but nothing has changed.

What problem are you having with it?

when I clicked on it nothing happened,but I downloaded the game again and used a different player name and that worked.Thank you
