Shutter Island - Still no sign of Chuck

[Post New]by ember89 on Apr 15, 10 3:58 PM
Teddy returns to Dr. Cawley's office to find the doctor anxiously awaiting his departure. When he tells the doctor that he won't leave without his partner, Dr. Cawley is puzzled - but you came here alone. His shield - by orange vase, top right - is the only one there. His migraine worsens and Dr. Naehring comments on his 'violent' life.
Instruments of violence: [L-R]
KNIFE - by owl on top shelf of bookcase, far left
ANTIQUE GUN - on second shelf to right of painting
KNIFE - on desk by pencil cup
PISTOL - behind trophy at right end of bookcase
REVOLVER - on top of secretary by potted plant
REVOLVER - on top of moon, to right of framed documents
SHOTGUN - top of bureau by orange vase
KNIFE - behind green bag, far right

Naehring continues to question Teddy - if he is hallucinating, he could pose a danger to himself, to others. Teddy refuses to be goaded. Instead he takes up the search for the last missing patient. And what of his partner? As Teddy reminds them, "I came here alone, remember?"

Here we go again so many unanswered questions to this game maybe the CREATORS of the game should go back and redo the whole thing, they could do no worse.

well the story at this point is: teddy and chuck go to search for a missing patient - but there is another patient that must be missing as well... after all, who is 67? the numbers of patients in each ward don't add up correctly... when teddy looks around and chuck is gone, he's baffled, but still thinks of himself as coherent - with all the drugs and the running out in the hurricane - yeah, he's sane alright... cawley wants for the 'game' to be over - he's pressing teddy to leave, to give it up, but he won't... if you haven't realised it yet - teddy is patient 67! all becomes quite apparent when the ending comes in the book/film... and the end of the game is just another twist in teddy's life...
