Would buy it, but where is the profile page? Cannot begin a new game, only continue one.

There is no profile page for this game. I assume that once you finish the game it can be played over and over again.

In Options it allows you to chose your screen resolution and also lets you play with or without the music by ticking a box in Options.

You can also use your keyboard's directional keys to move around the maze, although you cannot collect the coins with it when you are in the elevator.

The game isn't made for multiple players. If more than one person wants to play the game using your computer, you have to set up a User Account on your computer for each player.

Well, then I am stuck in the last level forever? This makes no sense!

You can probably uninstall and reinstall to start a new game. Or uninstall, delete all the files where your game was stored on your pc. Usually found at c:\program files(x86)\in Ruby Maze Adventure 2 folder. And then reinstall.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work. I tried it myself when I wanted to restart the game. I uninstalled the game from my GM, and the Ruby Maze 2 folder with the save files in it, but the game always continued from where I left off. So I do hope that once the game is finished it will allow us to start a new game.

That's bad news.

Unfortunately I just got stuck in a small room with nowhere to go - just walls around Ruby and one of these Anubis guys for whom I don't have a scepter (I had one left to spend but used it elsewhere because I wasn't concentrated - happens when you're on the phone while playing).

So if I'm trapped and can't start over - does that mean I'm trapped forever and cannot finish the game? Darn, I was so close to the end....

CS has sent me the file that will reset the game so I can restart from the beginning. If you want to reset your game, either send me a PM with your E-mail Address so I can send you the file or Contact Customer Support to request the file by E-mail at:

https://bigfishgames.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

HTH

Update:

I couldn't get the file that CS sent me to reset Ruby Maze Adventure 2 on my computer. I'm running Window 7. I Uninstalled the game then went into the Registry the deleted all of the Ruby Maze Adventure 2 Files then Reinstalled the game. When I played the game, it started from the beginning.

You may need to contact CS if you aren't comfortable with deleting files from the Registry.

I neither own nor play the game but one of my customers asked if I could figure out how to restart/reset it for her. After searching and finding no solution, I figured it out myself. Here's how:

Using Windows 10 (but this should work the same back to Win7):

Run 'Regedit' (Google it for a how-to)
When the Registry Editor window opens, click 'Edit' and then 'Find' and then type 'ruby maze adventure 2' (no quotes) into the search window - it may take a few minutes but be patient until it finds a single folder called 'Ruby Maze Adventure 2' (under a main folder called 'UAB Membranos'). Right-click the 'Ruby Maze Adventure 2' folder then 'Rename' it (add 'ORIG' to the end of the folder name).
Exit Regedit. Play the game and everything will be reset to square one.

If you can't follow/understand these instructions or aren't comfortable using Regedit, please don't try this - or, just Google 'Regedit Windows 10' and do a little reading until you're comfortable.

Uninstall doesn't work because the programmers that wrote the uninstaller forgot to delete a folder in the Registry that holds your game data. The folder is called: Ruby Maze Adventure 2. Delete it from the Registry and the game will reset to the beginning.
