Big Fish Games guarantees their games to be safe and virus-free. I would contact tech support on this.

I have the same problem. The only difference is all of my games have Trojans and McAfee has isolated all of them. I uninstalled the Big Fish client and reinstalled but no help. This is very frusrating. I don't know if the problem is with BF or McAfee.

Same thing happened to me. Last night I just finished Build-a-Lot European Passport and all of a sudden I get a message from MacAfee, that they were deleting the file. MacAfee then went on to delete all the files for games I had downloaded from Big Fish. There was no way to stop it. When I went into the MacAfee file it show all my Big Fish Games infected with Trojan. This has to be a Big Fish problem. Why would MacAfee identify a Trojan virus if it did not exist? I had 5 games deleted.

Yup. Woke up this morning and my Cradle of Rome was gone. Ridiculous. These programmers at McAfee make millions. They don't lose their jobs when their mistakes affect people. I spent an hour trying to figure out the problem Where's my compensation. I'm asking for a refund from McAfee. I would hope Big Fish would take legal action agains McAfee. Who knows how much business they're losing, let alone the time being stolen from them due to the flood of customer service issues.

Well, when I went back in to re-install the games I had the same thing happen as others, now I have most of my games from BF deleted because of this so called Trojan viris. I am still waiting to see if anyone comes up with a solution. GRRRRR very frustrating especially since I am disabled and live for these games. Please has anybody found out anything?

Same thing here.
I contacted BFG, they were great! After spending on hour with McAfee on chat, then losing the link they sent me to send a sample of a BFG to have tested I gave up with McAfee. Next day BFG to the rescue! They contacted McAfee and fixed the problem! You just have to done load a simple patch from McAfee and you troubles are over. You can get the link from BFG. I believe this all started when McAfee sent us the new toolbar with an update. Good luck I'm going to see where the link is and I'll be right back!!

This is the link that was sent to me by BFG. I clicked and downloaded all three DAT files. It was kind of wierd because they dodn't seem to be downloading, just a blank page opened, I closed it then did the next one, etc. Afterwards I went to my BFG accounts page and re-downloaded my games and everything is fine. This is only for McAfee users. If you want more info you can email BFG, or I'm sure they have a link somwhere on their site. I LOVE BFG! Good luck to all.

So what about the rest of us who dont have McAfee. I use Kaspersky and I dont know what to do. Anyone have any other ideas, and the game doesnt even show up in my history.

I use Avira AntiVir Premium, and the software detected some kind of worm or something i'm not really sure.
Anyway, i stopped downloading this game, but i didn't have my other BF games deleted.
Maybe there's really something wrong with this game. I never had any problems with BFG until this one.

Hi everyone. I thought I'd pop in and let you know that all of our games here at Big Fish Games are 100% virus/adware/spyware free, and are tested for such. Chances are, your anti-virus program definitions need to be updated. Here is a help topic we have that talks about this:

Virus messages

If you have any other questions, then I would recommend that you contact our Customer Support staff. They are well trained in assisting with technical questions and concerns. You can contact them by clicking here.

Thank you for visiting the forums!
