Game does not launch

After successfully installing the game, when I click on it to launch it, it just brings me back to the splash screen and says 'Play again?' but I haven't even played it once! Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it with the same results.

I just purchased this game, and mine is doing the same exact thing. I've been playing trials to see if there was anything I liked til I ran across this one. Just bought it, without even doing the trial. Now I am so mad bc I've uninstalled, reinstalled and the game mgr closes and restarts...and says Play Again....And the help section does not give any other advice. So now I will have to email them, for a credit to buy another game in it's place.
