game activation

The last 3 big city games I've purchased, I cannot get them to activate - I can't get them to uninstall to try reinstalling. Istanbul, Barcelona, and London Classic - help ... I am getting tired of paying for games and not getting to use them.

I have the exact same problem. I gave up my membership to Big Fish because I can no longer get their games to load or even open sometimes. Frustrating!!
