have tried to launch the ball at moving line, but no matter how many times i try
it will not release . what am i doing wrong?

This game as well as Sparkle 2 have (IMO) an annoying alternate way of toggling the marbles in queue. As you probably know, you can swap the next marble in queue by right clicking. However, they also made it where you can do this by clicking on the shooter itself. So you have to watch where the cursor is, particularly if the chains are close to the hole and keep the cursor off the shooter, otherwise it will look like the shooter has "stopped working".

If that's not it, the only other thing I can think of is the game just doesn't like your computer.
