If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend visiting Big Fish Games Help. Checking out the help articles in Big Fish Games Help is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested help articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen
Game Compatibility

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.

Anyone having problems with the mouse not showing up so it is difficult to do the tasks?

First, please allow me to welcome you to the forums. I'm sorry to hear there's trouble with the cursor in the game.

When there are performances troubles with a game, such as when the cursor isn't showing up, we recommend checking the computer's video card driver to see if it's up to date. I've included a help page containing further instructions for that process below.

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen

It can also be useful to run the game with administrator permissions, which can free up necessary resources. I've included the help page with those instructions below, too.

Run Game as Administrator

If those steps don't fix the issue, please contact our Technical Support Team. They'll be the best equipped to provide more help.

Love this new game but it has a number of glitches that prevent progress. Most can be resolved by starting the level over or uninstalling and reinstalling the game. But I'm stuck on Level 9 in Canada. The nurse can't pick up the purple amp thingy. All the other items pick up fine. Suggestions?
