Badges to collect

The Strategy guide in the section of Collectible shows there are two, the one that is circled in the fallen portrait is not a badge it is a locket,

You seem to be correct. There is a definite problem with the number of Emblems, although you can get them all if you ignore the SG.

yep and I got them all, I wrote down where you find them all - there should be 40 badges to collect - if any one wants to know
