Chapter 7 Feather

I can't find it, and it doesn't seem to be marked in the walk-through. Can anyone help?

It is not outlined in yellow in the walkthrough. I looked very slowly and deliberately and still could not find the feather. When the fortune teller asks for a crystal ball, a hand appears near the curtain on the left, When the curtain is pulled back you will see the feather!
