For future reference tech issues should be posted in the tech thread near the top of the list of threads in each individual game's forum.

As for downloading, I can't guarantee anything, but there is a possible fix in the form of downloading from a different place.
First, make sure you delete any trace of the game from your computer i.e. make sure there aren't any part downloaded files on your computer with this games name.
Open the big fish game manager ap, the program that should be on your computer if you have previously downloaded games from this site ( if not then scroll down to fix for this)
Look at left of the game manager screen and click on purchase history.
Scroll down until you find the name of the game you want to download and click download next to the name of this game.
Hopefully, if this works, it should download properly from this place.

If you don't have game manager already installed then you can install it, but since it should automatically install when you try to install your first game, there is an easier way.
Instead go to the big fish website.
Hover mouse over your account at the top of the page.
Click on purchase history in the drop down menu.
Scroll through games to the one you want.
Click on download.
If you don't have the game manager then this should download it first, before downloading your game.
Just remember to click run whenever a popup asks you if you want to run, save, cancel during download.
For any game you install, you will also have to click yes when the game has downloaded and a popup comes up asking if you want to install the game on your computer.

Hopefully one of these two options will help, otherwise you might need more targeted help, in which case you can either ask again in the tech thread and hope another more technically minded fishy is around, or you can contact big fish customer support/tech help directly.
Click on help at top of page in blue banner.
Click on more near bottom of page.
Click on contact customer support.
Click on link to email customer support.
