Collectibles?

I'm looking for the collectible the strategy guide indicates is on the jet engine in the scene where the bridge needs to be fixed.(early in the game) It isn't where the guide says it should be, and I don't see it anyplace else. I'm wondering if I found the collectible but it isn't registering.

That's what happened to me. I know I found it but it's saying I didn't.
