I just d/l the Mac version and when I clicked on free trial, it didn't launch the game like all other free trials I've tried. Is there something I can do to activate the trial? I don't want to buy a game without trying it out first.

Hi werdeee! I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the demo for Blood Ties. I would suggest uninstalling the demo, then download it again, and then attempt to run it after reinstalling it.

If the game still does not function for you after this, contact our Customer Support people. They are very friendly, and should be able to help you sort out the problem . Good luck!

Thank you for your quick response. I tried to reinstall but it didn't work. When I click on the free trial button the button disappears and nothing happens. I guess I'll skip this one. Thanks anyway!

The same thing happened with my mac as well. I tried it on my mini mac and also on my newer mac book but it never opened. I believe the same thing happened on the Sherlock Holmes preview. I just gave up and moved on but I think I will contact support.

Maybe I'm spoiled but I find having nothing but ****'s to find (some very,very easy and some so small you can't identify it as an item) boring. On top of that its a time limit game with limited hints. Definately a no-buy for me.
