Fiction Fixers - Adventures in Wonderland

[Post New]by bfgFlounder on May 5, 10 12:05 AM
Welcome to the Fiction Fixers! Cadet, it’s your duty to protect famous works of literature. Search for Hidden Objects, solve puzzles, and play minigames as you escort Alice through her Adventures in Wonderland. Encounter classic characters such as the White Rabbit, the Cheshire Cat, and the Queen of Hearts, but keep a close eye out for the infamous Illiterati, an evil organization dedicated to the destruction of all fiction in Fiction Fixers – Alice in Wonderland!

Beautiful graphics and good puzzles. This is a combo Adventure/HOG. This is another game in what is becoming a trend for me; promising games that fall somewhat short of what I want. I found objects difficult to see. One example is the scene where you find the shrp objects. I couldn't tell a sword from a needle. in facr, the list of objects was mostly useless to me. I did better with random clicking. The same was true of the glass box. I could not see any of the list objects and I looked closely. Random clicks found most of them. the objects disappeared so quickly that I never even knew what I was finding.

The book was no help to me. It told me what i already knew. The Hint was a slighly too long load since i had so much trouble seeing the objects. I wasted time waiting for the Hint reload, I only ask for a Hint after a lengthy hunt so there is little left to do but wait while the Hint loads. I do admit that it is not too long a load but i did need it.

I liked the puzzles, not too easy but not hard. They may get more difficult later in the game.

I was still working on Alice;s adventure at the end of the demo. This may be the only story that gets fixed in this game but I can see room for numerous additional games. When i enjoy a game, I love to have sequals.

Sadly, my visual problem will keep me from going any further but I still like the game. I'd love to see what that key I found will open. I think it is the key to another door as there is little else left. I've been in the house, sawed down the trees, picked off the bugs, fed the spider, etc. I recommend trying the Demo. Most of you have better vision that I and may enjoy this one.

These games are not exactly my favorite, as I have mentioned that before, I give all games a chance whether I like them or not. I am fortunate that I do for if I only play the games I like, I would have not bothered with this one and would have missed out. Some fishies have been surprised with my reviews, not only did I finish the demo- I am going to purchase the game too !! The graphics were nice and I found the game to be rather pleasent and so were the mini-games, the map, and the hint button, very helpful. Different games...Different opinions... I myself was just waiting for Big Fish to get it, as always...Happy Gaming!!! Hi bribling, I didn't see you there, before. How are you? Talk to you, soon

Hello everyone. I played the demo from two other sites and have been waiting for this game to become available at BF. I really enjoyed this game and, having played two hours of demo, I think this game will be long enough to hold my attention. It may not be as great as Deadtime Stories but the graphics are beautiful, the puzzles not to hard or easy, and the storyline pretty true to the story book. I hope everyone who enjoys these types of games will demo at the very least. I have been saving a game credit for this game so I'm off to purchase right now.
Hello terrymann. I'm still older than you. LOL
