Azada ™: Ancient Magic Released for Mac at Big Fish Games

Oh Boy! This will make a lot of Mac players real happy. Some have been chomping at the bit for this one. I hope they enjoy it at much as I did.

Yay! I'm not a Mac user but I read their threads from time to time and I really hope that they enjoy the game!

I found Azada while on VersionTracker.com. I downloaded the game, installed it and played the demo for the 1st hour. The game ran great with no issues, other than wanting to play more. One thing not shown on Version tracker was the CPU speed requirements. I later found out that the CPU speed requirement is 1.83 GHz or faster. I have a G4 500MHz running OS10.4.11. The game did take some time to load. Although, once loaded it worked fine with no issues. I would like to purchase the game, just that I am not sure if my CPU speed which is well under the required CPU speed would prevent me from playing the complete game.

I own the Azada ancient magic. I finished the game. Now..... other players using my computer cannot access the game, can't change players!!!!!!!

Why was it on sale for PC, but not mac? Are we still second class citizens? It is not fair that we can't get the sale price, especially after waiting all this time for the game.

i have been playing the game on my older iMac that is a G3 with 500MHz CPU. The game does load slow and the pages in the book turn slowly. I only had one problem until I tried 2 of the last books. In the Traveler the Rubic cube showed very small at the end of the cursor. I was unable to play the puzzle so I skipped it. In the Invisible Man & The Voyager you have to go to a page & then quickly turn back the page before a character returns. I have unable to do this because the pages turn so slowly. So if you get the game you may not be able to finish it. If you do get it make sure to play in the relaxed mode.

TillyQ, I'm sorry you've had problems with this game. I suggest your use the link below right to contact Tech support. They may be able to help you. At the least, it advises them that you experienced issues with the Mac version of the game. Good Luck

I am having trouble with the rubics cube, I can not figure out how to get past the puzzle. Does anyone have a clue on how to get past the cube. Please. I love the game and this one has me frustrated...... thanks

Hi, I don't know if anybody reached the Invisible man book. My game just closes automatically at that point. Tried everything, restarted, reinstalled, played the game second time - still the same. I have the latest MacBook Pro so it is not system requirements issue. Please help!

I had the exact same problem with the Invisible Man book. I wrote customer service late Thursday night and still have not heard back. Did you find a solution?

No, unfortunately there is no solution yet. I got response from customer support where they apologized for the inconvenience and kindly sent me a free coupon to play another game of my choice. Apparently we are not the only ones having this problem, so they are busy fixing it.

I'm having the same problem. The game crashes when I try to go to the Invisible Man book.
