jacks apartment

[b]Im inside the apartment building but Nicole wont go thru the window inside the building but she does notice the window is open some but i`m having a problem getting her to open it i have the walkthrough it says there is another way but the omly window with a rail is on the outside of the building on the top floor is that the window im supposed to use?

If you can't go out of the window on the stairs, you're trying too soon. Have you talked to the neighbour on that level?
