Season Match, 100 bonus levels

I have gotten all the way thru the game and have all my tropies, but I cant figure out how to get the 100 bonus levels you are suppose to be able to get to after you get all of your trophies. Anyone know ?

Hope you have figured it out---but if not, the bonus levels are under Arcade

Can anyone tell me the secret of completing the last level in both sections of this in a timed mode? Thanks
