If you are having problems getting the game to work as it should, we highly recommend visiting the Big Fish Games Help pages as they are always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested help articles that have helped past players correct various types of problems:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen

Run Game as Administrator

Using Windows 10... Legendary Slide II played for a few days and then stopped.

I'm sorry to hear there's been trouble playing the game. If it's freezing up or won't open, the best first steps are to run the game as an Administrator and check for video card driver updates. These steps help make sure the game's files have access to all of the resources and permissions they need to work as they should.
